About the Role
You’ll be the backbone of our backend — leading the architecture, performance, and reliability of our systems. As a key member of our tech leadership, you’ll mentor developers, collaborate across teams, and build for scale.
What You'll Do
- Lead & mentor backend developers — ensuring code quality, growth, and collaboration
- Own and optimize backend logic, architecture, and performance
- Review code, set standards, and uphold engineering best practices
- Architect scalable APIs, data models, and backend systems
- Work cross-functionally with product, frontend, and DevOps teams
- Lead with empathy and foster an open, growth-driven culture
- Continuously innovate to enhance system efficiency and scalability
