Role Description

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer & Founder’s Assistant to work directly with the founder and assist across both creative and operational aspects of the studio.

This role blends design, planning, and execution — from conceptualizing collections and managing production to helping expand into new product categories like jewellery, gifting, and bags.

It’s ideal for someone who’s highly organized, patient, and dependable, can handle pressure and unpredictability, and thrives in an environment where no two days look the same.

You’ll play a central role in keeping the brand running smoothly — managing timelines, coordinating with teams, and contributing creatively to upcoming projects.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Jaipur, offering real exposure to how a modern, homegrown brand grows across categories.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founder, assisting in daily coordination, planning, and communication
• Support in design development — sketches, research, mood boards, and fabric sourcing
• Support in sampling and product development across categories (clothing, jewellery, gifting, and bags)
• Coordinate with tailoring, jewellery, and product vendors to ensure timely execution
• Maintain organized studio records — fabrics, swatches, samples, and technical files
• Oversee packaging and dispatch for both domestic and international orders
• Create layouts and graphics for campaigns, lookbooks, and social media (Canva / Adobe tools)
• Handle order tracking, logs, and day-to-day operational tasks
