Job Title : Oracle HCM Reporting Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a HCM Reporting Specialist .

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the growth of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) reporting, analytics, and workflow management. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards using Oracle's Business Intelligence Platform (BIP).

The selected candidate will also have expertise in traditional HCM development skills, including Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts, as well as experience with data management and migration using HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheet loaders.
