Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, located in Gurugram. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling online support inquiries, delivering excellent customer service, and offering technical support. Day-to-day tasks include resolving customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service standards.
