Role Overview

LEDFlex Group was established in 2010 after identifying a gap in the market for a more comprehensive range of linear lighting products and has now grown into a leading technology supplier. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LEDFlex we continue to lead the way in performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior projects.

As a Content Creator within the Brand and Communications team, you will be responsible for producing visually engaging, high-quality digital content that captures LEDFlex's brand identity across platforms. You will collaborate closely with the teams in London, Dubai, and Hyderabad to plan, create, and publish multimedia content that strengthens our online presence and tells the story of LEDFlex's innovation in lighting design. This role calls for a creative, detail-oriented individual with strong aesthetic sensibility, social media insight, and a passion for content that informs and inspires.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage monthly social media content calendars for LinkedIn and Instagram in alignment with the global marketing strategy.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align campaign timelines and ensure consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with the Graphics and Multimedia teams to conceptualise and produce visual assets that align with the brand's premium aesthetic.
• Edit videos and reels using Instagram and other editing tools to create dynamic, engaging social media content.
• Conduct regular trend research to identify relevant, brand-appropriate formats, sounds, and storytelling opportunities.
• Partner with the Copywriter to ensure all visuals are supported by strong, cohesive copy.
• Work with the Digital Marketing Executive to analyse post performance and identify content that resonates with different audience segments.
• Capture and curate behind-the-scenes moments, event coverage, and real-time stories to maintain an authentic and active brand presence.
• Coordinate with Sales and regional marketing teams (London, Dubai, and India) to gather content from international events, installations, and client projects.
• Manage daily social media publishing, including posts, reels, and stories, ensuring regular engagement and activity across platforms.
• Maintain the overall look, tone, and quality of all digital content to ensure consistency with LEDFlex's brand identity.
• Support the continuous growth of LEDFlex's digital presence by experimenting with new content formats and campaign ideas.
• Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, best practices, and emerging content formats to keep LEDFlex's social presence competitive and forward-thinking.
