Job description

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive (Fresher to 1 Year Experience) who will be responsible for on-ground client visits, lead generation, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit potential customers and generate leads.
  • Conduct product / service demos and explain offerings clearly.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales closures.
  • Maintain proper visit reports and follow-ups.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Experience : 0–1 year (Freshers welcome).
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Comfortable with field work and travelling locally.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
  • Basic understanding of sales will be an added advantage.
  • Two-wheeler preferred (if required by company).

  • Fixed Salary : ₹10,000 per month
  • Incentive : ₹500 per successful closure
