Purchasing Representative

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Management : Purchase IT equipment, software, and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition.

Vendor Relations : Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers; negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure optimal deals.

Compliance : Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records of IT contract entitlements.

Contract Management : Oversee the lifecycle of IT contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.

Collaboration : Work closely with IT and other departments to understand needs and provide procurement support.

Reporting : Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and vendor performance to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience

Education : Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience : 7–8+ years in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.

Expertise in IT categories : Software, Managed Services, Hardware, Network, Telecom .

Extensive experience with MSAs redlining and contract negotiations .

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills .

Excellent soft skills and reporting capabilities .

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
