Role Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Java Software Engineer who thrives in building robust, scalable, and elegant software solutions. You will work in a collaborative, non-hierarchical culture that values innovation, continuous learning, and quality-driven development.

This role involves developing full-stack applications from the ground up, contributing to architectural decisions, mentoring developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-performance software aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications using Java and related technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality, user-centric software solutions.
Build software products from scratch using modern frameworks and tools such as Java, Python, JavaScript, GoLang, and Scala.
Participate actively in design thinking, lean, and agile development processes to create meaningful user experiences.
Ensure adherence to best coding practices, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
Lead code reviews, guide team members, and foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
Contribute to continuous improvement in architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and practices to drive innovation.

Key Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 4+ years in software development.

Technical Skills :

Strong hands-on expertise in Java (MUST HAVE).

Additional experience with Python, JavaScript, or Node.js is a plus.

Server-side development experience primarily in Java (experience with Python / Node.js is advantageous).

Frontend experience in ReactJS, AngularJS, PolymerJS, EmberJS, or jQuery is desirable.

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms.

Soft Skills :

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.

Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Education : B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / MCA / MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline.

Preferred Skills :

Product and customer-centric mindset with attention to usability and performance.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles and design patterns.

Experience with DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud deployment.

Exposure to Big Data, Machine Learning (ML), or Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies is an advantage.
