Key Responsibilities :
ServiceMax & Salesforce Solutioning :
- Lead the design and development of technical solutions primarily focused on ServiceMax within the Salesforce platform.
- Leverage 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceMax implementation, design, and development.
- Possess a strong understanding of SFDC ServiceMax Service Cloud functionalities.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Asset360 capabilities.
Technical Design & Development :
Translate business requirements into effective and scalable technical designs on the Salesforce platform.Develop high-quality, maintainable solutions in line with best practices.Client Engagement & Communication :
Work directly with clients, demonstrating strong client-facing communication skills, engaging effectively with both IT departments and business users.Articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.Agile Collaboration :
Collaborate effectively within an Agile Development model, participating in ceremonies and contributing to sprint goals.Required Skills & Experience
Overall Experience : 8+ years in IT, with 4+ years specifically in ServiceMax implementation, design, and development.Core Expertise : Expert-level proficiency in ServiceMax is mandatory.Salesforce Platform : Experience in the design and development of technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.Field Service Domain : Good understanding of Asset360 and SFDC ServiceMax Service Cloud.Methodology : Experience working in an Agile Development model.Communication : Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client-facing communication skills.Preferred Certifications :
SFDC Certification Dev 401 (or equivalent / newer Salesforce Developer certifications)ServiceMax Certified Professional(ref : hirist.tech)
