Business Development Manager – RealityBox

Location : East of Kailash, New Delhi (On-site)

Full-Time | Salary : 8–12 LPA + Incentives | Experience : 3–5 years

Role & Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, and brand sectors

Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers (CMOs, Brand Managers, Agencies)

Pitch RealityBox services with strategic storytelling decks, proposals, and case studies

Collaborate with the leadership & creative teams to develop proposals, pricing, and project strategies

Represent RealityBox at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings

Track sales pipeline, manage CRM updates, and achieve quarterly revenue targets

Understand agency workflows and ensure smooth communication from pitch to delivery

Requirements

3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in a marketing / advertising / production agency (mandatory)

Strong track record of closing mid-to-high-value deals (₹10L–₹50L range projects preferred)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience in building pitch decks and proposals for global brands or tourism boards

Strong network with decision-makers in marketing, advertising, or travel / luxury brands is a big plus

Self-driven, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
