We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our AI and Digital Transformation practice, serving as the critical bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders.
This role involves leading requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for AI-powered enterprise solutions, with a particular focus on procurement and supply chain transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Management :
- Interface directly with client stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and transformation objectives
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions and workshops to elicit, document, and validate business requirements
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications for AI and automation solutions
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business vision and technical implementation
AI Project Delivery :
Support the implementation of AI-powered procurement automation solutions including intelligent document processing, automated vendor management, and predictive analyticsCollaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to ensure business requirements are properly addressed in solution designDevelop use cases and user stories for AI features within enterprise systemsCreate process maps and solution blueprints for AI integration with existing ERP landscapesERP & Process Analysis :
Analyze current state procurement processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven optimizationDocument AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, highlighting areas for intelligent automationAssess integration requirements between AI solutions and Oracle Fusion or other ERP platformsSupport change management initiatives by developing training materials and conducting user sessionsSolution Design & Documentation :
Create detailed functional specifications, data mapping documents, and integration requirementsDevelop business cases and ROI analyses for proposed AI solutionsPrepare test scenarios and support UAT activitiesMaintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements traceability matricesClient Engagement & Travel :
Travel to client sites across UAE and potentially Saudi Arabia for requirement gathering, workshops, and solution presentations (up to 30-40% travel)Lead client presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutionsBuild strong relationships with client teams and serve as a trusted advisorRequired Qualifications :
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise software implementationsProven track record in ERP-related projects, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or finance Skills :ERP Experience (Required) :
Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, or related modules) - strongly preferredAlternative ERP experience in procurement modules (SAP Ariba, SAP MM, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) will be consideredUnderstanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) business processesAI & Analytics Knowledge (Preferred) :
Familiarity with AI / ML concepts and their application in business contextsExperience with process mining, RPA, or intelligent automation projectsUnderstanding of data analytics and visualization toolsCore Competencies :
