We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have professional experience in the BFSI industry and a strong understanding of banking laws and regulations. This role is crucial for providing legal advice, drafting documents, and ensuring the bank's interests are protected through strategic legal guidance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Legal Counsel & Documentation :
- Provide legal advice and support on various matters, including contracts and agreements.
- Review and draft a variety of legal documents, such as contracts and policies.
- Risk Management & Compliance :
- Conduct legal research and analysis to inform business decisions.
