Role Overview
Responsible for strategic growth and executive engagement across large enterprise accounts. This role partners closely with Customer Success to drive commercial expansion, strengthen C-suite relationships, and deliver HR transformation outcomes. HR Tech / HRMS experience is mandatory to effectively manage complex enterprise deployments and stakeholder environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial ownership for high-value HR Tech enterprise accounts.
- Build strong relationships with CHRO, CIO, CFO, and transformation leaders.
- Drive cross-sell / upsell of HRMS modules, services, and integrations.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews and strategic alignment sessions.
- Develop and execute joint account plans and governance frameworks.
- Identify risks (churn, adoption, competitive threats) and act proactively.
- Represent customer needs internally and influence product roadmap.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience (Mandatory)
15+ years in Enterprise Account Management / Customer Strategy within HR Tech, HRMS, or Payroll SaaS.Proven success managing multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts and C-suite stakeholders.Strong understanding of HR technology landscapes, digital HR transformation, and enterprise buying cycles.Skills

Bachelor’s degree required;MBA preferred.
