Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an MBA Graduate (Fresher). The chosen candidate will engage in daily tasks including market research, data analysis, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities also involve client interaction, developing and implementing business strategies, and contributing to organizational growth by identifying opportunities for process improvement and expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, market research, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of business development and strategic planning concepts
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to contribute to client interactions and collaboration with teams
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools and basic knowledge of marketing or sales tools is an added advantage
• Ability to work proactively in an on-site office environment, adapt to new challenges, and handle multiple tasks effectively
• MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
