Role Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to promote services and follow up on customer interactions.
- Provide product / service information and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Meet performance metrics for call volume, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
1–2 years of experience in voice-based customer service or telecalling.Good verbal communication skills in regional and English languages.Ability to manage pressure, meet targets, and follow company processes.Basic computer proficiency for data entry and CRM usage.Skills Required
