Experience :

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud environment management, and network monitoring.
• Leadership : Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of IT professionals.
• Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and network systems.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the NOC team.
• Drive continuous evaluation of network performance, recommending and implementing improvements based on industry’s best practices and emerging technologies.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on service metrics and KPIs.
• ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification (Intermediate or Expert level preferred).
• Ensure that network issues are resolved within established SLAs.
• Collaborate with other NOC Shift Leads and teams to address cross-functional issues.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ready to work in 24 / 7 operational model.
