It fits well in the larger Brand and Media solutions under the SA&I portfolio which combines capabilities in Consumer Insights Brand and Customer Experience Advertising Innovation Pricing and Revenue Management Shopper and Retail Insights and Business Drivers and Forecasting we are the only player in this space that can deliver the Full ViewTM.
The strategic Initiative customer success role is to work on key initiatives that will help our existing solution process workflows and deliverables get faster and of better quality .
He / she collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans monitor progress and ensure successful execution. The key areas of focus are :
CoE is an important clog in the wheel for model delivery and the team is relatively new and raw. The role will focus on upskilling the CoE. Define modelling best practices build on-boarding and upskilling training and certification toolkits co-ordinate with consultants to build the tool kits needed for delivery.
