Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Client Account Manager. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, addressing concerns, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, driving business growth, and maintaining contracts. You will also analyze client needs, forecast requirements, and collaborate on strategic initiatives to drive value for both clients and the organization.
