Roles & Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and channel partners at the sales office or project site.
- Coordinate site visits, ensure proper arrangements, and inform the sales team in advance.
- Maintain visitor records and update daily walk-in reports.
- Provide guests with brochures, project details, and amenities overview as needed.
- Manage front-desk activities, calls, and appointment scheduling.
- Ensure the reception and sales lounge area are tidy, organized, and presentable.
- Follow up on client appointments.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, admin, housekeeping) for seamless guest experience.
- Handle client queries politely and escalate concerns to appropriate team members.
