MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in developing web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshooting and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other team members.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in web development.
• Mentoring junior developers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  
  

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on MERN stack development.
  
  

Knowledge and Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
• Strong understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, React Flow, Typescript, and Node.js.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material-UI and responsive design.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
