Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell a range of LV / MV switchgear products (ACBs, MCCBs, MCBs, contactors, relays, panels, etc.) to EPCs, OEMs, panel builders, contractors, and end-users.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Manage the complete sales cycle – lead generation, technical discussions, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and electrical contractors.Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and site visits as required.Address customer inquiries, coordinate with application / technical support, and ensure post-sales service satisfaction.Reporting & Coordination
Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports, and market intelligence to management.Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, logistics, accounts) to fulfill orders and support customers.Stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.Qualifications :
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related disciplineMBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)Experience :
2–6 years of relevant experience in sales of electrical products, especially switchgear, control panels, or power distribution systemsFamiliarity with brands like Schneider, ABB, Siemens, L&T, Eaton, etc. is a plusKey Skills :
Strong technical knowledge of switchgear and electrical distribution systemsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsResult-oriented, self-driven, and customer-focused approachProficient in MS Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and basic commercial termsSkills Required
