Job descriptionBachelor's degree in accounting or related field (B.com / M.com / Part CA) Strong understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Accounting & Bookkeeping for US clients on QuickBooks
Designation : Accountant
Experience : 1 Year +
Location : Rajkot
Full Time : Monday to Saturday
Timings : 10 AM to 8 PM
Remote : NO
Our client is a Rajkot-based firm specializing in US accounting and taxation services . We cater to a wide range of clients across the US, providing expert solutions in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax preparation. Our team is proficient in using industry-standard software such as QuickBooks (Online & Desktop) to deliver accurate and timely financial support to our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Monthly Accounting and bookkeeping for each client.
- Reconcile Bank and credit card accounts.
- Finalize monthly PL and BS and deliver to the client.
- Assist with preparing financial statements and reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Help manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Collaborate with senior accountants to prepare tax filings.
- Software : QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Excel, Gmail
