As a Retention Intern at Zomunk, you’ll play an important role in keeping users engaged, satisfied, and excited to continue their journey with us. This role combines customer interaction, communication, and problem-solving, giving you a front-row seat to how a travel-tech startup builds long-term user relationships and brand loyalty. You’ll learn how retention, customer success, and sales come together to create an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support ongoing communication with users to strengthen satisfaction and retention.

Contribute to initiatives that improve renewals and long-term engagement.

Participate in feedback and follow-up efforts to better understand user sentiment.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for users.

Help identify opportunities to enhance user loyalty and overall platform experience.

Maintain accurate communication records and share actionable insights with the team.
