Role : Experimentation & Optimization Specialist

Experience : 7+ years

Location : Permanent Remote

Your Impact :

• Plan, execute, and analyze A / B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target and Optimizely , driving measurable improvements in user experience and conversion.
• Independently generate innovative testing ideas, create structured hypotheses, and deliver actionable insights post-testing.
• Own the complete end-to-end experimentation lifecycle—from ideation to execution, QA, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify optimization opportunities using strong analytical skills and evaluate data from multiple sources.
• Build ad-hoc reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau , and automate reporting where required.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, UX, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Define KPIs and metrics for experiments, ensuring clear measurement and transparent reporting.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in test setup, configuration, audience targeting, and result analysis.
• Utilize strong expertise in GA4, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), DCM , and the broader AdTech / Web Analytics ecosystem.
• Stay updated on platform enhancements, industry trends, and continuously refine optimization processes and methodologies.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and champion data-driven decision-making across teams.
