Job Overview :

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions to transform industry-standard order, delivery, and assurance management systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Business Systems, and Operations teams to develop and enhance AT&T's software platforms, working on new features, enhancements, and defect resolution throughout the development lifecycle. You will independently deliver robust, scalable systems, contribute to technical discussions, and mentor less experienced team members in a collaborative, agile environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Technical Skills :

UI Stack (80% Weightage) JavaScript, ReactJS, NextJS Framework, JSON, HTML5, CSS3, Babel, Webpack, Micro Front-End architecture, Typescript

Middleware / Backend Stack (20%

Weightage) NodeJS, Java, Spring Boot, REST services

Common Stack (Must Have) GIT, Agile, JIRA, Cloud, CICD, SQL / NoSQL Databases, Unit / Functional Testing, Postman

Day-to-Day :

• Hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and implementation across the stack.
• Participating in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Collaborating in agile ceremonies, team meetings, and cross-functional projects.
• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers.
• Being available for any regular Release / Production defects support.
