Skills :

• Strong understanding of mechanical structural systems and fabrication techniques.
• Proficiency in interpreting structural drawings and erection plans.
• Experience in planning and executing mechanical structure works at site.
• Knowledge of structural codes and standards (IS AWS D1.1 ASTM).
• Coordination with design procurement and execution teams.
• Familiarity with lifting plans rigging methods and heavy structure handling.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
