About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Open Text & KDB Developer with 5–6 years of experience in data management, analytics, and enterprise content solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining applications that leverage Open Text technologies and KDB systems to enable data-driven decision-making and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Open Text and KDB solutions.
Design, develop, and implement applications and workflows using the Open Text technology suite, ensuring compliance with best practices in data management and information governance.
Utilize KDB for high-performance data retrieval, analytics, and reporting — developing scripts, queries, and data pipelines as required.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Open Text and KDB applications, ensuring optimal performance and timely user support.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, user guides, and operational procedures.
Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in Open Text and KDB, advocating for innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

5–6 years of hands-on experience in Open Text and KDB development and support.

Proven expertise in data management, analytics, and workflow automation.

Strong understanding of information governance, data architecture, and system integration.

Proficiency in KDB / Q scripting, SQL, and data query optimization.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Open Text Content Suite, Documentum, or Extended ECM.

Exposure to real-time analytics and high-frequency data environments using KDB+.

Ability to work in agile environments and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
