Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who is confident, well-spoken, and

passionate about driving business opportunities. In this role, you would play an important role

and help the sales team engage with potential clients, understanding their needs, and setting up

qualified meetings for them.

You will receive complete training on Boomlet’s offerings and communication strategies,

ensuring you’re well-equipped to create strong first impressions and build trust with prospective

clients.

Key Responsibilities

Generation of leads through email marketing, calls, messages

Engage with leads through calls and emails to pitch Boomlet’s Influencer Marketing and

BRSC services.

Cold call & fix and schedule meetings for the sales team with decision-makers and brand

representatives.

Draft, send, and manage structured follow-up emails, ensuring consistent

communication with leads.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize funnel conversions and improve lead

quality.

Maintain accurate and updated records of outreach, calls, and outcomes using CRM

tools.

Represent Boomlet Media professionally and build strong relationships that support

long-term growth.

Requirements

Female candidates are preferred but not mandatory

Person should have knowledge to Lusha, Apollo and other tools

2–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales (experience in any

industry except insurance is acceptable).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (A1 proficiency level).

Polished, articulate, and confident professional demeanor.

Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management abilities.

A proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven mindset.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
