We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Fintech operations and oversee seamless service delivery, partner integrations, compliance, and customer success. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee d

• ay-to-day operations of the Fintech division, ensuring smooth execution across all verticals – insurance, mutual funds, and loans.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and workflows for customer onboarding, service delivery, and partner management.
• Coordinate with product, compliance, finance, and technology teams to align operations with business goals.
• Handle regulatory and compliance processes , especially with IRDAI, SEBI, and RBI-related activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance partners, mutual fund distributors (AMCs), and loan institutions.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve targets and deliver consistent customer satisfaction.
• Ensure audit readiness and data accuracy across operational systems and client records.
• Support in setting up digital workflows and CRM systems to improve automation and efficiency.
