Job Description
Position - Senior Associate, Centre of Excellence (COE) – Audit & Assurance
Location - Pune
Qualification - Qualified Chartered Accountant
Diploma in IFRS / Certification course on Ind-AS would be an added advantage
Skills - Candidate should have sound knowledge of Accounting Standards, Auditing standards and should be able to practically apply these concepts.

Experience
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1 to 2 years of post qualification experience in Audit & Assurance function / Shared Service environment from a reputed entity.Candidate should have sound technical knowledge of auditing standards, accounting standards (IGAAP, Ind-AS, IFRS), Companies Act, etc. and should be able to practically apply these concepts.Senior Associate, Centre of Excellence (COE) Profile
Demonstrate strong understanding of Firms Methodology while performing reviews of work performed by Analyst / Sr. AnalystEnsure day-to-day delivery of audit support services, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with Firm methodology as well as regulatory requirementsManage and supervise junior team membersEnsuring compliance with engagement plans, internal quality & risk management proceduresShould demonstrate knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and keep up to date with new pronouncements relating to Auditing / Accounting standardsAct as a SPOC for the COE with the Audit Teams in terms of data flow, communication, co-ordination and discussionsProactively taking up full responsibility of documentation and guiding / monitoring junior resources of the team.Support Team Leads in Project Management, preparing status updates etcFostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Build a strong talent pipeline through structured training, rotation, and engagement programs.Develop and maintain productive relationships with Assurance teamsEnsure adherence to internal controls, data confidentiality, risk management procedures and audit quality standards.Support the team on standardization of processes, documentation, analysis of technical issues, and research solutions.Identify opportunities to improve work performed at COE.As a Senior Associate, you will be required to lead the execution and review at the COE, as mentioned above, and report to the Delivery Head.
