We're Hiring : Client & Studio Coordinator

Location : Mumbai (Hybrid)

Experience : 2–5 years at a design or architecture studio

Maison Vistaar is looking for a multi-talented Studio Coordinator who gets the world of design, loves systems, and can wear many hats.

Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for all leads via WhatsApp, Instagram & email
Schedule consultations, maintain calendars, and send reminders
Assist in client onboarding, share introductory decks, and explain service flow
Coordinate with designers, site engineers & vendors to ensure deliverables move on time
Document meetings, update trackers, and follow up with internal team members
Post job openings, screen resumes, set up interviews with candidates
Maintain project timelines, photoshoot schedules, and internal folders
Liaise with the founder (Khushboo) to prioritize weekly tasks

✅ What We're Looking For

Experience in an interior design or architecture studio is essential

Has worked as a design assistant, EA, coordinator, or studio manager

Strong knowledge of design workflows (layout, 3Ds, site recce, handovers, etc.)

Well-versed with tools like Google Drive, WhatsApp Web, Zoom, Canva, Google Sheets

Strong spoken & written English — must be client-facing and articulate

Is a multitasker, great at follow-ups, scheduling, and team nudges

Bonus if you’ve helped manage hiring, social media, or content calendars

This Role Is Not For You If :

You’ve never worked in a design or creative studio

You are only looking for backend / admin work

You're uncomfortable with dynamic roles that require flexibility
