Brainvire Infotech - Odoo Functional Consultant - ERP Implementation

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze customer requirements and business workflows to accurately map processes with Odoo ERP capabilities.
• Provide presales and post-sales support with a strong focus on Odoo ERP solutions (minimum 3 years in presales / post-sales, with at least 2 years hands-on experience on latest Odoo versions).
• Draft detailed customer scopes in proposals, outlining required features and commercial terms.
• Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs and effectively gather detailed business requirements.
• Support clients throughout the full software delivery lifecycle, from configuration to go-live.
• Collaborate closely with senior decision makers and stakeholders to understand strategic business needs.
• Conduct individual training sessions to educate customers on efficient use of Odoo modules and functionalities.
• Work alongside client implementation managers to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User Training sessions.
• Demonstrate excellent planning, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage multiple client engagements.
• Adapt quickly to various business verticals, understanding unique workflows and industry Qualifications and Skills :
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementations, preferably with Odoo ERP expertise.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules and recent versions.
• Proven experience in presales and post-sales roles with ERP software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct effective training and demos.
• Experience in project delivery and change management is a plus.
