We’re Hiring : Team Lead – Sales / Business Development Manager

Location : Calicut (On-site)

Experience : 3–5 years in Sales / EdTech / Study Abroad industry

Language : Excellent spoken and written English

Compensation : ₹40,000–₹50,000 / month + performance-based incentives

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Lead / Business Development Manager to head our student acquisition and revenue growth operations. You’ll lead the sales team, refine strategies, and ensure every student interaction converts into a meaningful enrolment. This role blends leadership, strategy, and hands-on sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Business Development Associates (BDAs) to achieve team targets
  • Build, implement, and optimize sales strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Track performance metrics and conduct weekly reviews
  • Manage the full sales funnel — from lead generation to enrolment closure
  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead flow and campaign goals
  • Conduct high-level consultations with potential students and parents
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements for efficiency and growth
  • Maintain strong communication with operations and mentorship teams for seamless onboarding

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in EdTech or Study Abroad sector)
  • Minimum 1 year in a team lead or managerial role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a strategic mindset
  • Empathetic leader who can inspire and drive performance
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Willingness to work from our Calicut office full-time
