Skilled in Workday Finance Integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, with expertise in BIRT Reporting, Calculated Fields, XML, XSLT, XPATH, and strong knowledge of Financial Modules.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for stakeholders, leveraging deep domain expertise.
Deliver independent insights, conduct trend analysis, and prepare management reports to highlight bottlenecks and recommend process or policy improvements.
Work closely with Transaction Monitoring (TM) teams to understand and address operational challenges.
Maintain a proactive, hands-on approach while ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues, business units, and senior management.
Your Profile
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree with 10–15 years of relevant experience, OR
Master’s degree with 5–10 years of relevant experience.
Domain Expertise
: Strong knowledge of Transaction Monitoring and Risk Management.
Stakeholder Management
: Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple departments.
Communication
: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills up to senior management level.
Decision-Making
: Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.
Work Style
: Proactive, hands-on, flexible, and quality-focused.
Technical Skills
: High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for documentation, reporting, and presentation.
