Job Title : Test Automation Expert

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 8–10 years

Role Overview

We are looking for a test automation professional with deep experience in SAP module testing and advanced skills in Tricentis Tosca. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring testing initiatives are delivered with speed, accuracy, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of guiding less experienced engineers while driving quality improvements across projects.

Main Duties

Lead automation initiatives for SAP modules such as SD, FICO, MM, and PCM.
Design and implement automation frameworks using Tosca in both on-premise and cloud setups.
Manage planning, execution, and reporting of automated and functional testing activities.
Provide mentoring, task allocation, and review support for junior team members.
Partner with project stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate progress.
Integrate test automation into Agile workflows, CI / CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Execute API automation using Tosca with REST and SOAP protocols.
Utilize Jira, Azure DevOps, and other lifecycle tools to maintain traceability.

Skills & Background

Strong exposure to SAP testing, preferably with S / 4 implementations.

Excellent knowledge of software testing cycles and automation best practices.

Hands-on experience with Tosca (workspaces, frameworks, TDS / TCD).

Familiarity with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and related CI / CD tools.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proven leadership in test teams with an ability to influence outcomes.

Desirable : Tosca certifications and familiarity with additional Tricentis tools.
