Company Overview
We are looking for a proactive HR & Office Administrator to manage end-to-end HR operations and office administration for our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment (entry to management level), employee onboarding, engagement, and administrative responsibilities, while fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Human Resources
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments (Warehouse, Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, Management, etc.).
- Prepare and post job descriptions, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and attendance systems.
- Develop and execute team-building and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee relations and ensure HR policies are followed.
- Support performance review processes and help maintain a positive work culture.
Office Administration
Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.Organize team activities, celebrations, and office events.Ensure smooth communication between departments.Maintain office infrastructure, cleanliness, and administrative documentation.Coordinate with management for travel, reimbursements, and other operational needs.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of experience in HR or office administration, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.Strong communication and organizational skills.Hands-on with HR tools, job portals, and Microsoft Office.Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and ability to multitask.What We Offer :
