Hiring : Business Development Representative (Remote | U.S. & U.K. Shifts)

Experience : Fresher to 1 year (with AI exposure)

Shifts :

🌎 U.S. Shift – 7 : 00 PM to 4 : 00 AM

🇬🇧 U.K. Shift – 11 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM

Work Mode : Remote | 5 Days / Week

What We’re Looking For :

  • 0–1 year experience in digital marketing or CRM-based roles
  • Familiarity with AI tools for sales outreach
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and current B2B sales trends
  • Exposure to outbound lead generation, bench sales, or agency experience preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • MBA in Marketing or IT preferred
  • Certifications in AI, Digital Marketing, or CRM tools are a plus

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate 8–10 qualified leads (booked meetings) per month
  • Send 30–40 personalized emails / LinkedIn messages daily
  • Make 30–40 cold calls per day to qualify prospects
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers

    • Salary : Up to ₹4.5 LPA + allowances + incentives
