Chief SaaS Governance and Risk Manager

Job descriptionSupport and enhance existing governance processes for SaaS applications. Participate in internal audits, documenting and reviewing existing controls, policies, and procedures. Identify areas of risk in current processes and propose new controls or improvements to strengthen overall risk management practices. Contribute to building robust risk management practices that go beyond mere compliance. Review policies, processes, and regulatory compliance related to applications and systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. A minimum of 5–9 years of experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or audit. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in data analysis and visualization. Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboards, with ability to create informative reports and dashboards. Experience with SaaS governance and control frameworks is preferred, but not required. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and risk awareness, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and global teams. Map, categorize, and monitor SaaS applications to ensure optimal usage and minimal risk. Support audits and governance processes to maintain a strong risk management posture. Develop and enhance governance and risk frameworks to drive business growth and success.
Job Role :
- Spearhead the convergence of operational delivery and strategic oversight to ensure transparent visibility and control over SaaS applications, while developing and implementing governance frameworks and risk management processes.
