Job Description – HR Executive
Location : Hyderabad
Qualification : Full Time MBA from Good Institutes
Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for HR operational support, managing HR MIS, and providing shared services to ensure seamless employee life cycle management. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in HR systems, and the ability to handle confidential information. Prior experience in SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, separations, and exit formalities.
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee records in the HRIS.
- Coordinate with payroll, finance, and other departments for smooth execution of HR processes.
- Maintain employee personal files and digital records in line with company policy.
2. HR MIS & Reporting
Prepare, maintain, and analyze HR MIS reports (Headcount, Attrition, Attendance, Leave, etc.).Generate periodic dashboards for management review and decision-making.Support HR audits by providing accurate and timely data.3. HR Compliance & Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements (Shops & Establishments Act, PF, Gratuity, etc.).Maintain statutory registers and records as per legal requirements.Liaise with external consultants and government authorities for timely filing of returns and submission of reports.Keep abreast of changes in labor legislation and ensure organizational compliance.Assist in internal and external HR compliance audits.4. HR Systems & Technology
Update and maintain employee data in HR systems (preferably SuccessFactors).Generate reports, manage workflows, and support automation initiatives.Train employees and managers on HR system functionalities when required.Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Human Resources or related field.3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, MIS, and Compliance.Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS is preferred.Advanced Excel skills for MIS and reporting.Key Skills
