Job title : AWS Quciksight developer

Experience : 6-10 Years

Location : Chennai / Hyderabad / Kolkata

Desired Competencies :

• Strong experience with AWS Quicksight (authoring, admin, dashboard creation, user roles).
• Proficiency with SQL, Pl / Sql and experience with AWS data services like Athena, Redshift, S3, RDS.
• Knowledge of Data Modeling, SPICE in memory engine optimization.
• Familiarity with AWS IAM, permissions and data security.
• Competencies in Python with handling JSON.
• Key Responsiblities :
• Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using AWS Quicksight.
• Integrate QuickSight with various AWS data sources (e.g., S3, Redshift, RDS)
• Optimize data models and datasets for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with data teams to identify data sources, gather business requirements, and define KPIs and metrics.
• Create and manage data sets and SPICE data models for optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and access control policies to ensure data governance and compliance.
• Optimize performance and manage cost by using efficient data refresh strategies and storage practices.
• Translate business needs into technical specification and maintain documentation.
• Automate and schedule report generation and delivery for stakeholders.
• Design, analyze BI reports in other reporting tools such as Tableau.
• Automate report generation and scheduling
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy and visualization
• Working in AWS infrastructure and DevOps methodologies (CI / CD).
• Work hands-on with Git for version control and collaborative workflows
