Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims using MS Excel to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex claims issues and improve adjudication processes
• Utilize your knowledge of claims adjudication to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Maintain detailed records of claims processed and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on claims status and resolve any queries
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Contribute to the development of new strategies to enhance claims processing efficiency
• Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives through proactive problem-solving
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all aspects of claims processing
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve claims adjudication workflows
• Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis for management review

• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Proven experience in claims adjudication with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members
