Position Overview

We are seeking final-year law students who can commit to a minimum 3-month in-office traineeship as Legal Trainees. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in financial law and dispute resolution, mentorship from industry experts, and the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance. Candidates must be residents of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana and fluent in Telugu and English.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on loan settlements, RBI guidelines, and consumer protection laws.
Assist in drafting legal documents, including settlement agreements, notices, and client correspondence.
Support negotiation and dispute resolution processes with financial institutions and clients.
Prepare case summaries and maintain legal documentation.
Stay updated on legal developments related to debt recovery and financial laws.
Interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide legal assistance under supervision.
Contribute to business development by identifying and onboarding new clients.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings at the office.

Who Can Apply?

Final-year students pursuing BBA LLB (5-year integrated) or LL.B. (3-year program), graduating in 2025.

Basic understanding of contract law, banking regulations, and financial dispute resolution (internship experience preferred but not mandatory).

Good research and drafting skills.

Ability to learn quickly and work in a deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.

Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written) and English is mandatory.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Residents of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana who can work from our office.

Willing to commit to a minimum 3-month traineeship.
