Summary
Seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant (R12) with 6+ years in end-to-end implementations / upgrades. Responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support across Oracle HRMS modules.
Key Responsibilities
Lead / support Oracle HRMS implementations, upgrades & enhancements.
Gather / analyze HR requirements & design functional solutions.
Configure & implement modules : Core HR, Payroll (India / Global), SSHR, OTL, iRecruitment, Learning, Performance Mgmt.
Perform GAP analysis; prepare functional docs (MD50, BR100).
Collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces & conversions.
Conduct SIT, UAT & deliver end-user training.
Support post-go-live & ensure compliance with HR / legal standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Projects, etc.).
Required Skills
6+ years Oracle EBS HRMS functional consulting.
1+ full-cycle HRMS implementation / upgrade.
Strong knowledge : Core HR, Payroll (India / Global), SSHR, OTL.
Expertise in AIM / OUM docs, payroll, fast formulas, statutory compliance.
Hands-on configuration & issue resolution.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM.
Familiarity with PL / SQL for validations.
Experience with multi-org / multi-national HR setups.
Knowledge of BI Publisher reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's in HR, Business, CS, or related field.
Oracle HRMS Certification preferred.
