Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist located in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for managing front office duties, answering phone calls with proper etiquette, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth communication within the office. Daily tasks include greeting visitors, managing appointments, and handling inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Front Office management and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage appointments and handle inquiries efficiently
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus
