About the Role :

As an ML Data Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support the development and evaluation of machine learning models.

Your work will focus on ensuring high-quality data, identifying meaningful patterns, and generating actionable insights that contribute to AI-driven solutions.

This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in working with machine learning data in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Requirement Analysis : Understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI integration in generative chatbot solutions.
• Data Exploration and Analysis : Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights, patterns, and trends relevant to the development and improvement of generative AI chatbots.
• Feasibility Assessment : Evaluate the feasibility of implementing AI models and algorithms to enhance chatbot performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Model Selection and Design : Work closely with data scientists to choose appropriate AI models, develop prototypes, and design solutions for generative chatbot capabilities.
• Implementation and Deployment : Collaborate with development teams to implement and deploy AI models into the chatbot platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization : Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of generative AI chatbots, making data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance their capabilities.
• Collaboration and Communication : Foster collaboration between data analytics, data science, and development teams to ensure effective integration of AI solutions into the chatbot ecosystem.

Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
