About the Workday Compensation Expert Role :
- This position focuses on developing and implementing advanced compensation strategies in Workday.
- A strong background in configuring merit, bonus, and allowance plans is essential for success.
- Experience with India payroll and compensation practices will be beneficial in this role.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in translating HR / compensation requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
- Prior experience with testing, validation, and merit cycle execution will also be advantageous.
- Fantastic communication and collaboration skills are necessary for effective teamwork.
