Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction, and manage the food and beverage offerings. Responsibilities include team hiring and training, monitoring service quality, addressing guest inquiries, and optimizing operational efficiency in alignment with brand standards. Collaboration with the culinary and service teams to maintain a memorable dining experience is central to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and prioritizing Customer Satisfaction
• Experience with team Hiring and training processes
• Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Food & Beverage management with a focus on quality and standards
• Ability to lead a team effectively and proactively resolve operational challenges
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage or hospitality industry
