What are you expected to do?
- Take complete ownership of the Indecab help center.
- Write complete help documentation and guides to enable users.
- Have the ability to work across multiple communication channels.
- Build a deep understanding of the car rental industry and the personas that exist within it.
- Work across the entire spectrum of communication needs the company has from a writing and ideas perspective.
- Have the ability to write sharp and effective marketing communication.
- Be able to articulate complex functionality in simple and quick ways.
- Build successful content-based onboarding programs for different user types.
- Work with the support team to identify key areas where content can aid in automating support efforts.
- Build deep contextual help within the application to aid users in operating the system.
- Build efficiency in whatever you are doing.
- Share learnings with everyone and consistently find ways to be more productive.
