Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing Plant

This is for a multinational company's manufacturing plant.

The role reports to the Director, India Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Shape and execute plant‑wide financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Maintain robust controls, accurate accounting and transparent reporting.
• Lead budgets, rolling forecasts, cash flow and working‑capital management.
• Drive cost optimisation, profitability analysis and data‑driven decision support.
• Oversee billing, receivables, tax compliance and statutory filings.
• Manage banking relationships, fund‑raising, project finance and investments.
• Own SAP finance modules, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
• Build predictive models; flag risks early and propose corrective actions.
• Coach and develop a high‑performance finance team.
