Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct virtual presentations and product demos to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of Globussoft's products and services.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Sales Conversion : Qualify leads, create proposals, and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and product offerings.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Reporting : Prepare regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and forecast data for management
Qualifications & Skills :
Experience : 0- 6 months of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in the IT / technology sector.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and clients effectively.Sales Skills : Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working with CRM software.Customer Focused : Strong customer relationship-building skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.Technical Aptitude : Comfortable learning and explaining technology products and services.Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).Requirements
