Position Title :  Inside sale executive

Experience :  Fresher / Experience (1-2 Years)

Budget :  4- 9 LPA (1 Variable)

Notice period :  Immediate - 15 days

Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation : Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Sales Presentations : Conduct virtual presentations and product demos to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of Globussoft's products and services.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Sales Conversion : Qualify leads, create proposals, and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and product offerings.
  • CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Reporting : Prepare regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and forecast data for management

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Experience : 0- 6 months of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in the IT / technology sector.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and clients effectively.
  • Sales Skills : Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working with CRM software.
  • Customer Focused : Strong customer relationship-building skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Aptitude : Comfortable learning and explaining technology products and services.
  • Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
